These beauties are hand made to order using the finest Black Angus Fillet Steak from Scotland wrapped in our homemade all butter puff pastry served up alongside creamy garlic infused gratin dauphinoise potatoes, savoy cabbage and a rich truffle gravy to give your Christmas dinner the explosion you have been waiting for.
